Project is located at Haii Al-Meshaireef, Yanbu. SABIC Housing Project is the Home Ownership Program of new houses to SABIC permanent employees in the residential area of Yanbu Industrial City. It has a total lot area of 444,857 M2. Completed work includes site development and construction of villas classified as type A,B & C as per Royal Commission Standards with total of 384 units. Each lot comprises an average area of 600 m2.
